A video and photo compilation of my visit to Brugge, Belgium in April 2006. I stopped in Brugge for two days in April 2006, after flying into Brussels. Brugge was a point of departure for me to drive to Schoondijke, a small town across he Dutch border, where my grandfather was born. I would have loved to have spent more time in Brugge, as while I was there, I was mostly fighting jetlag. Brugge has so many small, winding passages and alleyways that each turn brought you to another set of paths to explore.

I lived in Brugge for 15 months, it was a very beautiful place and wonderful people, Now Iam in India, Iam missing Brugge now...Wish I can visit it sometimes.....

nah, Gent should just give up, Oost-Vlaanderen should rejoin West-Vlaanderen (with Bruges being capital of the new found Vlaanderen ofc) and you Ghent people can move to Brabant if you like.Let West-Vloamsch be the main language in Ghent again, after so many centuries
